Pheww... Alhamdulillah... I got a new routine now... Just started since 3 days ago... Hurm... Kalau dulu, woke up at 6.55am, kelam kabut solat Subuh and sometimes terbabas tak sempat... Dah terlopong solat Subuh itu... But now... 6.30 am dah bangun... Mandi and terus solat Subuh... Kalau dulu siap2 terus pegi, hubby and me breakie kat ofis masing2 jer la... But now... since dah bangun awal, sempatlah buat 2 mugs of milk (at least buat air which i think a good start) for both of us before pegi keje. Sampai office, take bread toast and a glass of warm water for breakfast. Lunch je yg heavy sket... : )
Balik keje, sampai rumah usually dah near Maghrib time, so terus solat Maghrib once dah masuk waktu. Then take dinner, so far boleh tahan dengan crackers and yogurt only for dinner. Pastu buat exercise ikut Denise Austin's training programs. Just bought the DVD namely GET FIT FAST. After that, baru mandi, Solat Isya'. Catch up some reading, then Zzzzzzz...

Suddenly semangat berkobar2 to live a well-balanced life. Semuanya angkara cheongsam... At first it was all about how to wear cheongsam when you have double-story belly! And I have only 2 more weeks to go to lose some inches! 2 weeks? Is that possible? We'll see... DETERMINATION, Win or lose, full speed ahead! Now I realise it's not only about cheongsam, but I also learn to appreciate the value of balanced lifestyle... My mission now is to live a healthy and happy life at the same time! So far, I feel good about the good change that I make! Hopefully it will stay for a longtime!
